During the shooting of the campfire scene in the movie Easy Rider, Jack Nicholson allegedly smoked 155 joints. And we're not talking about some fake movie spliffs.

Acid Rider

One day during the production of Easy Rider, Jack Nicholson dropped acid with Dennis Hopper. The co-stars soon found themselves running down a road in the headlights of a truck. "We're geniuses, you know that?" Nicholson panted to Hopper. "We're both geniuses. Isn't it great to be a genius?" The following morning, the 'genius' woke up in a tree - and had no recollection of how he got there.
